I like to make art of dragons and other things! I make bases, adopts, and once in a blue moon have commissions open.

Terms of Service

These are general TOS overviews for my bases, commissions, and adopts. Individual pieces may have a more specific TOS, and this is only meant as a guide/reference. My TOS is subject to change.

Base TOS

- Please credit me!!! Either link back to the base , tag me, or credit my username in the description if you use these bases! Please make sure you spell my full username correctly.
- Do not copy, steal, redistribute without permission, use commercially, use with NFTs, use with or to train AI, or claim the base as your own. You cannot use the base if you have been blocked or blacklisted by me.
- Do not use the bases in sexual, suggestive, or fetish content. Do not use these bases to promote or endorse hate and discrimination.
- You may use the base to make adopts/customs for any currency and for personal use.
- I'd prefer if you did not do YCH's or similar commissions on these bases for money/points (as stated above customs are fine though!)
- Editing the base is totally okay! To change the species, to add details, for a fantribe, to make hybrids, reline with a new brush, etc. However, you still need to credit me for the original base!

Commission TOS

- I always reserve the right to refuse a commission.
- Only send payment after I have confirmed that I accept the commission.
- Payment is due upfront before I start the commission unless planned otherwise.
- If I am unable to complete a commission, you may be refunded, or a later date of completion can be worked out.
- You may cancel a commission before I start working on it for a 100% refund minus any transaction fees.
- If you cancel the commission after I have started working on the piece, you will only receive back partial payment in proportion to the work I've done. If I have completed the commission you may not cancel or receive a refund.
- If canceling commissions becomes a repeated behavior, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me.
- You may not use commissioned artwork for commercial use or in merch (you can't make money from it).
- Do not steal, copy, trace, use with NFTs, use with or to train AI, or claim my art as your own.
- Do not repost my artwork (Uploading to ToyHouse or other character storing sites are fine though, just give credit.)
- I will provide progress checks of the commission if asked.

Adopts TOS

-Please credit me for the design! If uploading to Toyhouse my username is TheCraftyDragonC there, please credit me!
- You are free to change the design however you'd like once purchased.
-Once purchased you may use the design for merch or commercial uses. However, you cannot use my original art of the design commercially.
-Do not resell the design more than bought for unless it comes with extra art (this can include personal/self-made art!)
-Do not steal, copy, trace, repost, use with NFTs, use with or to train AI, or claim the design as your own.
-You usually can ask for a separate file or unwatermarked version of the adopt.
